Dr. Adamec is terrific! I have been going to him for years whenever I have a lower back strain or more recently for shoulder pain. I am back to new within a few visits. He is very punctual and he and his staff are very friendly. I highly recommend!
Having been diagnosed with a pinched nerve in my neck a year ago by a orthopedic specialist,I was referred to physical therapist. After 12 weeks I was released pain free. A year later the symptoms reoccurred. The pain from a pinched nerve in your neck is unbearable. So I needed to find a alternative. After researching Adamec Chiropratic I decided to give him a shot. After 6 appointments just under 2 weeks I am pain free. THANK YOU!
He is awesome. Got me walking right in a couple of weeks and now the maintenance keeps me going. I can definately feel it if I haven't seen him in a while.
