These guys came to repair my furnace that was under home warranty. The deductible was only $85, and they did about a $400 repair. When they were wrapping up, he noticed the thermostat wasn't working right, and he replaced it with a high-end thermostat and included it in the deductible. I would call them again anytime.
Great family business. We had our A/C installed about 6 yrs ago. Steve was the cheapest estimate. The A/C works wonderful. Any probe we had he has been there quickly to fix it, sometimes at NO Charge. We had our bsm't flooded back in 2010. Steve was out quickly to check out the boiler. Said it was shot. Insurance paid for the replacement and Steve and his guys did the work . When we had a couple of minor issues they came out and fixed it. We always use them for our furnace and A/C check-ups. Very happy with my furance/AC installation. I was able to get my new system installed next day and at a fair price. Live in Tosa area, like that they are close by for future service
Two days later I'm still waiting for a return call on an an AC unit that does not work and has not worked since they installed it in 04. Not a happy camper right now. Definitely a hot one.
