Every body was nice and polite
Easy to find, clear signage, lots of parking and easy entry. Their building is large, clean, professional with multiple doctors with their own wings. The check-in/out staff were all very prompt, kind, direct and easy to understand. Dr. Starr's staff is prompt and friendly. Dr. Starr himself is knowledgeable in his field, professional demeanor, direct and interactive care.
I had hand surgery by a Dr at Baptist in WS 4 months ago that turned out NOT so good. Was referred to Dr Adam Starr by my primary care provider. Drove almost 3 hours to see him. WOW!!!! What a difference in doctors out there. Dr Starr’s staff was very knowledgeable , professional and kind. Doctor Starr is absolutely awesome. Forgotten as a patient for well more than an hour in an exam room until I indicate I was leaving. Encounter with DrStarr was ok but the office management was totally unacceptable
