Let me start by saying that Greta is the absolute best MA I have ever met. You can tell that she genuinely wants to help people. She is kind, keeps her time with you lighthearted and gentle, and makes you feel at ease. Also, Dr. Soll was an excellent doctor—someone I truly trusted with my pain management. I have had the privilege to have Dr. Soll as my physician for many years. He has emensly changed my back, hip and shoulder pain. My back surgery failed by another doctor and Dr. Soll has took me down several paths and when my Medicare kicked in I was able to get a shot in my back. What relief! He and his CMA are true professionals.
I saw Dr. Soll several months ago after almost a year of trying to get relief from hip & back pain with increase of symptoms. My PT person recommend him after therapy wasn't helping & I was getting worse. On my 1st visit he was very kind and did a thorough exam, asked all the pertinent questions then ordered an MRI, which had not been done. After the results he actually showed me what the MRI showed and I told him I wanted to avoid surgery if possible. I have in the past visited this office and Dr Soll is great however, today I entered this office and I encountered a situation. I entered after 3 ppl of the same race. I maintained 6 feet distance. No conversation whatsoever. One of the secretariwa was helping them and I was waiting patiently. The secretary sitting to next to them kept looking at me but offered no help. She asked no questions.
