Amazing customer service and knowledge! After walking through the extensive inventory, we took my top three choices out for a ride. Getting to ride and compare each bike, without being rushed or pressured was an ideal purchasing experience! RecommendedAdam is incredibly knowledgeable, and has the widest selection of electric bikes I've seen. He let us ride around the neighborhood and we were sold! The thing I love most about my electric bike is I ride it so much more often than I rode my older bike. If it's a hot day I might turn up the assist more on the way to work to avoid sweating too much, or if I'm completely wiped by the end of the work day, I can turn up the assist on the way back, too. Even with the assist, it's much more active than driving a car.

I was recommended to Adams shop by a friend and wow talk about the BEST recommendation ever!!! I can’t say enough positive things about Adam and his customer service. I called with many questions prior to my arrival which I then had many more... all of which Adam was super cool, patient, and answered them all. Adam is so patient. I had numerous questions. He answered each one. He found the perfect bike for me. I had been trying to get another brand he didn't carry. However the dealers.of that bike within 100 mile radius did not offer to help me find the bike. I ended up with a bike that has everything I wanted and a lot more. The wide range of bikes he carries makes it easy for anyone to purchase an e bike. I would recommend this store to anyone. It was worth the hour drive to get there.
My friend and I went there today and we both purchased bikes. I bought a Raleigh and she bought a Bull. Adam took his time with us both, answered all of our questions, was very very knowledgeable. Can't wait for the weather to break so we can go down and pick up our bikes and ride. I highly recommend his shop because of the different styles and brands that he carries.
