Dr. Schneider was absolutely amazing when my daughter sustained a sports injury. His attentiveness, communication and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure we had all the information needed for a speedy recovery was greatly appreciated. My family and I are greatful and thank him and his office immensely.
That was the least painful cortisone injection I have ever had! My thoughts of the injection were actually worse than the injection itself!
Dr Schneider was rude and dismissive, & diminished my situation. When i asked about solutions other than the steroid he said my pain level didnt indicate or "convince" him that i had the condition That a previous Dr had diagnosed me with. This is something i had been dealing with for months, tried all the basic options, brace, therapy Etc. Which he suggested i just keep doing. What can I say? Dr. Schneider saved my arm, my elbow was destroyed. My case was very difficult, I had completely smashed the radial head, and tore both ligaments. The surgery was tough, but he took the time during surgery to make sure everything was perfect. He provided a ton of information throughout the recovery process, and always took the time to help me to clearly understand what needed to be done. Words cannot explain how upset I am. 2 hours of waiting and nothing. They claimed they called and looked for me but I was at the only bench where I told them I'd be and never moved not even to use the restroom. Nobody came and looked and nobody called and I have to phone records to prove it. If I could give no stars I would! What a completely horrible experience and waste of my time. Now I get to start this all over and find a doc that actually sees patients while the whole time I'm in constant pain. Thanks for nothing!
