Hi every house owner and every agent in Toronto, please very be careful for one realtor Adam Sajjadian and his team Barry cohen . Adam did lots of lies and made us to sign the listing agreement with him. And when we wanted to stop with him , he rejected and changed my house lockbox password. It was a real robber! If any one need more truly information from me , please contact me!! I will tell you all the truth and let you know how did they lie? And how was their stupid terrible jobs ? Also they charges high commission!
Adam is very professional. He has helped me on my pre-construction condos and explain me everything what needs to be done on the next step. I am very happy with him and I would recommend him to anyone as their Realtor.
