Not very good. I had hair transplantation a number of years ago and very few of the grafts actually took hold. Dr. Stough was not terribly friendly either, poor bedside manner and somewhat disrespectful.
Dr Stibich also takes the time and answers all my questions and is very caring, staff is always friendly too
My husband and I are very pleased with Dr Mason. He is very skilled. Our problem is with the location of his offices. We always request the Central office but when it is time for our app. Is has been made at the Malvern office, which is a much longer drive for us. We are both in our eighties and do not feel comfortable driving across town.
The staff was so gracious to work me in the day I called. I had a small cyst that had grown dramatically over the weekend and was painful. Dr. Stibich prescribed antibiotics and a cream, and was gone. The office is outdated, but that's not essential for a clinic visit. My opinion of him as a physician is still neutral.
I went to Dow a number of times. Ended up with poor hairline and many strip scars that is costing me more to repair. He wrote a book, not the book on HT. He is professional and staff great but he must still do strip or FUT and no FUE. FUT can be okay if done right, I do not recommend him and he is very much over priced IMHO. Check with Joe Tillman website, he knows the guys that get top results....all priced about the same too. John Cole, R Shapiro, Hasson & Wong, etc....been there done that.
I had been seeing him once a year for a few years. The most recent visit he accused me of something that could be detrimental to my job and my children. His exact words "I think you just like taking pills" When he prescribed ONE medication to me (spironolactone - for my skin). I'm not done with spreading this complaint yet. I am a transplant from another state with prior skin cancers on my face and prior Moh's procedures so I looked for a doctor who could do that as I had another cancer on my face. Dr. Mason did the Moh's procedure without even using stitches, and it healed very well. He was skilled, kind, and professional. I especially like his PA, Rebecca. She is very knowledgeable.
Dr.Mason is a kind Compassionate physician . Great bed side manners takes time to explain and listen.
Great experience! Fast friendly staff in a great environment. He took his time to explain everything and answer all questions. He was very intuitive, funny and made us feel very comfortable. Plus I an completely satisfied with my results!
