The worst psychiatrist that I have seen in 27 years. Not only does he blatantly ignore what the patient needs but he has proven to be more of a hinderance than a help. DO NOT waste your time & energy! I left my appointment today completely devestated.
Dr. Rubenstein is caring and knowledgeable. He has really helped with my anxiety and listens to what I have to say.
Very little dialogue. He can be combative. Not very polite. Every time I see him I feel defeated. I'll sit in his office for 30 minutes and he only asks "how are you doing ?" and not much else. I was cancelled and had to wait another month just to be brushed off again by him. He needs to be empathetic towards his clients.
