I am very pleased as I had spoken to Denise, Regional Manager, as I had expressed my concerns at my daughters first scheduled appointment with Dr. Adam Paul, although visit was not completed. She reached out and truly listened and I felt HEARD!!....I am truly grateful and look forward to seeing Dr. Paul and trust that he will be attentive to my daughters needs.
