My husband and I are patients of Dr. Harker’s. I called first thing this morning to ask what we should do because my husband believes he is passing a kidney stone. Brandy took a message; I asked what the doctor would advise and just basically hat we should do. Never heard back, so I called about 3pm and spoke with nurse Teresa. She asked a lot of questions and was basically unsympathetic, asked a lot of questions, offered no advice other than to go to the ER. Rachel Knight might be one of the most knowledgeable NPs I have ever met. My 94 year old mother saw her yesterday and she couldn’t have been more patient and thorough. Great hire IU Health!
Love Dr Harker has a great outlook on things and Rachael is awesome if you can't get in right away with the doctor. Both are wonderful!
