Update- called Monday, no call back as of close Wednesday afternoon. Trying again today! Dr. Ferguson himself was really nice. He did rush a little bit, and I get that they’re busy, but he was a bit fast for us. The staff we met in the office were also good. The MA could have been a little less business like. The biggest problem we encountered was even after leaving 4 phone messages prior to our first appointment we never received a call back. People are nice and efficient. Dr. Ferguson is reliable and makes you feel very comfortable explaining details of the issue at hand and friendly conversations. The southington office is brand new.
