People are nice and efficient. Dr. Ferguson is reliable and makes you feel very comfortable explaining details of the issue at hand and friendly conversations. The southington office is brand new.
I shattered my heel six weeks ago and was referred to Dr. Ferguson...I am so glad I was. During my initial visit he was very clear and straight forward with no sugar coating. He suggested that I should have surgery the next day. I never had a surgical procedure prior and it was a lot to process at the moment but I felt confident with his decision and him.
