Total scam. IF does work, but I had to cancel due to financial restrictions and paying monthly. I canceled but was charged again. I showed the owner a copy of the cancellation and he said to email customer support, when I never received a response I messaged him in the APP he waited days before telling me "Oh it must be in your spam folder. Total lies and I will be reporting them. If you want to do Intermittent fasting you can google it for FREE.

I discovered The Approach on TikTok on the 1st joined on the 18th and I'm down 12 lb already. Joining the program and having someone looking at my meal choices and commenting and answering questions has been amazing. The courses are thorough the recipes are amazing I'm so grateful for finding this. Adam and his team rock!
The Approach has changed my life forever. I have tried everything in the past (name it, I tried it) and nothing worked or was sustainable. Since I have been on this lifestyle I have lost 44 lbs as of today, and my blood pressure is back to normal. I am feeling great. This will be Fasting-For-Life for me.
