I’m a new patient of Dr. Pacal. He came into my first appointment fully conversant with my background and medical records — obviously having reviewed them in advance. During the appointment, he was engaging and patient, a great listener, and he demonstrated great skill and experience. Visits to the doctor’s office aren’t always pleasant; this was an exception. I am very pleased to have Dr. Pacal as my primary care physician.
