I am an active person and I am clumsy. Not a good combination. When I do injure myself ( that doesn’t involve a hospital visit) I go and see dr.mohr. My family has seen him for 10 years ranging from twisted ankles, limited movement of joints, migraines, realignment from improper posture sitting at a desk staring at excel sheets for hours, knee injury.
