This review is to update Retha Neubert previous rating. (Mrs. Neubert doen't have and or use a computer. As her daughter I am writing this as she see's it.) After some concerns. Adam made a financial adjustment to cover those concerns". The check was sent by Adam on December 29th and was not received by Mrs, Neubert until January 2nd. due to the holiday weekend.
Business response:
Personal items were not moved out of the way. We offered to clean the floor that was covered in cat feces to complete our work. Not clean the entire basement. A refund was issued only to please the homeowner and with the agreement of removing the review.
The crew was all business, which I appreciate. They worked hard and completed the job on schedule. I would recommend them to anybody looking to have basement drain tiles and a sump pump installed. They were also more affordable than Standard.

Great price and Job
The crew that came to do my drain tile was friendly and worked hard to complete the job quickly. They answered all of my questions and cleaned up pretty well after a job that is inherently very messy. I had one concern which I shared with Adam regarding the finishing of the Christmas concrete after the drain tile was installed. He responded to my email with a phone call and we developed a plan to allay my concern.
They did a great job, completed the work in the time allotted and cleaned everything up at the end. I'm very happy with the entire job.
