Hired to put in drain tile; he did not pull permit; did not have the system inspected before pouring concrete. System leaks. Had to take him to court to get money back; he did not show. Will not pay the judgment. I am out $$$$; will have to have entire system redone, costing me thousands of dollars and another mess.

Chad called me immediately and we set up a time that worked! I had to change the date and he worked with me as well! Since we could not be there during installation, Chad came back and walked through the basement and explained things! The big test will be this spring, but installation looks great and customer service was excellent! Well, we have had NO leaking this Spring! Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

I can not say that I "loved" the way that the lads left my yard (badly muddied) nor do I know if I got the best deal possible. But Jon had this crew out to my place in the midst of this past several week's worth of 'toad floater' rain storms to dig-out my egress window, which the original contractor simply dug down to the clay layer, dumped a couple of inches of rock and called it "good". Friendly and very professional and informational
Extremely satisfied from initial appointment with Jon the salesman to completion of work. These guys work hard! Large job was completed in three days as scheduled, and this is not the type of work you want to take weeks. Very much appreciated that they were a comprehensive service, from installing drain tile/sump pump to exterior work including window wells, removing brush, breaking out concrete where water intrusion was a problem. Excellent customer service a plus. No hesitations, fair price, quality work, highly recommend.
