Receptionists hang up on you and then refuse to answer your calls and forget to pencil in appointments. Other doctor offices can never get ahold of them. by far the worst, unprofessional place I've ever had to take a loved one. The dr.s are nice but the it's not worth dealing with the receptionists.
Waiting for 2 hours for a paper to return to work. Rude front desk.

My doctor retired and my first time there yesterday was awesome every Assistant was very caring understanding and the Doctor she was amazing. I never in 57 years had a five star doctor. she is definitely a 10 star you girls rock. thank you ♥️
