Doctor and his staff lied about covered procedures. I specifically asked if veneers were covered by my insurance prior to doing the work. They said it was and they had the amount that I would owe. The insurance company never got a call from them and stated the procedure was not covered at all. Completely incompetent.
Today my daughter got her wisdom tooth extracted by Dr.kristoff. It has gone very smoothly. Total time it took is 2 hrs . Everyhing went well. Doctor took so much care and he personally escorted my daughter upto the car. I felt so happy that i chose the right dentist for my family. I highly recommed Dr. Kristoff for any dental work. Highly professional and friendly staff. Great office.
Carrie Kanuf performed superbly in cleaning my teeth. She was very thorough and gentle. She is indeed a true professional.
Dr. Kristoff is an amazing and professional doctor. He is far more knowlegeable in his field than any other Dentist I have experienced. His mild but confident demeanor makes you feel very comfortable. Dr.Kristoff takes the time to explain the specifics of your case with you. This has been very consistent during mine and myfamily’s many visits with him over the past few years. He also uses all state of the art dentistry tools while being very reasonable in cost. I would highly recommend!
Dr. Kristoff and his staff including the Office Personnel are all very nice and they provide great service. Dr. Kristoff is an accomplished and very experienced Dentist who has provided excellent dental services to me and my family for several years. I trust Dr. Kristoff and I am happy with his results.

This office management is a joke. They are very stuck up, incompetent, provide you wrong info as well as NOT keep your schedule. They will call to re-reschedule the 2-3 hrs before your appointment. waiting time is also a JOKE. If you are looking the dds office to serve you and pleasant to work with. This one is not for you.
