I first went to Dr. Ball on April 22nd, 2016 after having gone to the emergency room while on vacation in Connecticut with severe pain from Kidney stones. A urologist there inserted a stent. When I called my urologist here in Port St Lucie I was told he could not see any patients at this time. Dr Ball saw me in 2 days, took care of my stones. Dr Ball and his staff are excellent. He is very direct and informative which I like in my Dr. I highly recommend Dr. Ball.
Most important- short wait to see doctor with pretty quick response to patient waiting in the treatment room. Conversation long enough to listen and consider treatment situation. Willing to look up items to be clear on treatment or advice. Pleasant and thoughtful during visit but not wasteful of the next patient's time slot.
Would recommend to everyone.
Dr. Ball is understanding and patient. He made me feel very comfortable once he sat down and started talking with me. He demonstrates a sincere desire and interest in making his patients understand a need to be proactive in their health care needs.
