Had a bad experience with a routine scope and when I complained he dropped me as a patient.

My visits with Dr. Adam Ball have been the best help I could ask for. I had a few tests and procedures recently and was very pleased with Dr. Ball's knowledge and explanations of results. Dr. Ball's staff are the most pleasant, courteous and helpful one would expect, especially his nurse who has been the sweetest person, who knows what is expected, needed and how to prepare patients for procedures and exams. Visits were a wonderful experience.
I went in for out patient surgery and during that surgery there was a complication and Dr. Ball was the urologist called to help out. I met him when I woke up in the hospital. He was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that had happened, everything that I would be feeling and everything that I would experience. I immediately felt very comfortable and reassured. With my follow up appointments Dr. Ball and his staff have continued to be professional and helpful.
My personal doctor referred me to Dr. Ball, and I could not be happier. I have found him to be a highly professional and genuinely caring Doctor. He has been extremely through in his explanations to me. I have followed his advice and I am better for it. If you need his service, you cannot go wrong with this Doctor.
Dr. Ball will not sugar coat your problem. If you want bedside manners over skills, go somewhere else. Tells it like it is! Removed my bladder cancer tumor and with follow up treatment has me cancer free. Great at what he does. Thanks Doctor Ball.

Dr. Ball is always courteous and professional. He is thorough and provides any and treatments and/or tests necessary. I've been seeing Dr. Ball for several years and see no reason for any changes.
Very disappointed. my first visit lasted 5 minutes, the Dr seemed to be in a hurry, he told me there was a possibility my kidneys were not working, ordered c-can and lab tests.The follow up appointment (2 weeks later) did not last as long, he told me the tests were negative and gave me the reports. In the results were some items underlined, like calcium deposits small stone in the left kidney, etc. I tried to ask him about this items but he walked out. I'm looking for another Dr.
