Recommended by a friend and couldn't have been happier! Adam was extremely communicative, showed us a number of properties, was completely honest with his thoughts, and even checked out lots of things at each property (e g. roof condition, hot water heater and HVAC age, window condition, etc.) to get a feel for what may need to be done if purchased. He provided lots of price comparisons for different areas and was overall very thorough and patient. Can't recommend enough!
