I had an appt.@2:45 pm on Friday. The medical assistant was lovely, very friendly and took some vitals. Dr. Blanco came in a few minutes later. In just a few minutes the procedure was done. Very effective treatment!
I am very disappointed with the communication with this practice. I saw the nurse practitioner Brenda and then the Dr. They gave me a patch to wear for my severe back pain. The patch didn’t work at all and when I tried contacting the Dr and left 4 urgent messages that I was in Severe pain and wanted to discuss my options and make an appointment for the trial for the spinal stimulator. None of my messages were returned, not the first day or the second day. This is no way to run a practice- especially when dealing with patient... read more
