I am a medical student, and I talked to Dr. Mero regarding a patient of hers whom I was treating in the hospital. She responded angrily to our simple questions and criticized our medical decisions. I am sure she is great with patients. I just find it disappointing when ob/gyn doctors live up to the stereotypes that people (particularly men) perpetuate about the profession and about women in general. Last month, I had my cataracts removed by Dr. Geisendorfer. Excellent doctor. I was very impressed with him and with the staff at the Eye and Vision Institute. I would highly recommend him to anyone in this area needing cataract surgery.
Cataracts surgeries in July. Excellent care from Dr and staff! Very reassuring, professional and caring. Would highly recommend.
Dr G and staff did my cataract surgeries July 20 and 22nd. Everyone was very considerate and calming from check in to recovery. Addressed all my concerns. I was very comfortable from start to finish and no pain. Days later I see very clearly without glasses. I could not have asked for a better experience. Being awake during surgery and hearing them talk could have been terrifying, but the complete opposite experience. Very reassuring every step of the way.
Dr. and staff were great. Very professional
I had cataracts for a number of years. Dr. Geisendorfer performed a complete exam and explained what they were and treatment options. After two years, I had the cataracts removed in both eyes. Lenses were put in to correct my vision. The procedure was explained in detail as well as options with the lenses available, use of equipment, and insurance coverage. Jeopardizes patient's lives by neglecting their care so he can carry on his hateful vendetta against a competitor. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Wells is a great doctor. He explains everything in a way you can understand and sincerely cares. I haven't had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen by him. His nurse is great!
