Dr. DeConde and his team is definitely one of the top out of 7 ENT I've seen. He is very empathetic, experienced and knowledgable. I like the way he discuss my disease with research and data, which persuaded me to do FESS + turbinate + semtoplastic with him. He gave me a new nose. It's 6 weeks post op now and I never feel this good in my life.
My boyfriend had an appointment 3 months ago and still is waiting to get a surgery date. The office has been terrible with their communication.

About 6 weeks ago Dr. Deconde performed my sinus surgery. I was referred to him by my previous ENT doctor. Insurance kept denying surgery because I had one about 17 years ago that provided some relief. Since that time, I still continued to have 3 or 4 infections per year. From the first time that I met Dr. Deconde he took his time to explain my situation to me and make me feel comfortable with the path we took. He never got annoyed with my millions of questions. This is so rare to find in a doctor, especially a surgeon. I am only a little over a week post op but I can say that my breathing is already better. He gave me something that 5 other surgeons declined to help me with.
