I went to see Dr de Fazio after I had a bleeding. He ordered me a urine test, they took the sample in their office, they told me they will call me with the results and also provided me a follow up appointment in a month. Close to the follow up appointment the assistant called me to remind me to bring the results of the urine test... I was confused as they were the ones that did the test and never sent me the results.
