Dr. Bitterman’s office staff and PA were amazing. They got me in quickly for an appointment but I was highly disappointed by Dr. Bitterman’s lack of bedside manner and his recommendations. I ruptured my Achilles tendon playing pickleball. He said that he is not recommending surgery because of my age and athletic ability. When I questioned him he stated that I was not a college athlete.
