Adam spent time listening to me so that he could customize a treatment plan for me. He largely used muscle energy therapy (MET) to try and give me back some movement and reduce pain in my forearms, hands, and shoulders from decades spent on a computer. I've had a half dozen sessions and it's really incredible the difference in my mobility. Adam really took the time to understand my personal body issues and my goals for the session before began. Super profession, nice office space. I had an hour and a half therapeutic session and afterwards i felt 20 pounds lighter and a couple inches taller! If you’re stuck behind a desk, i HIGHLY recommend this type of session.
