They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment
