Our philosophy is not to make you come for a huge extended treatment plan. We use rehabilitative exercises along with our chiropractic care to help you get back on your feet as quickly as possible. Once back on your feet we do recommend a maintenance plan to help keep you on track and prevent future injuries. One thing is for sure if you take care of your body, it will take care of you!

I've been going to Dr. Adam Anderson for almost 2 years now and my back has been better during that time than it was for the last 20 years after wrestling in college. I have gone to several different chiropractors over the years and I have noticed Adam has a very unique ability to tell where I'm having pain just by feel. With Adam's help I've been able to work out again (previously I was in too much pain) and I've been able to start getting into better health.
