If you ever think of renting an Apartment at the Adaire Apartments think twice it’s a nightmare, I live on 33rd floor. since December 27, 2022, after a pipe break incident , for more than one months just one elevator was working and we need to assist to call , since December No party room available and now for summer time still pool is not available, Also Adaire is very noisy, particularly if your apartment unit has a balcony facing Leesburg Pike (traffic and metro noise).
