I have been searching for an apartment for two months but nothing felt right. Then I found Adair off Addison while actually on my way to view a different apartment. I love the location, the price and when I toured the apartment it is the perfect size and fit for me and my family. Carolina was amazing during the lease process. We have lived at Adair Off Addison for many years. We enjoy our apartment and the size of the rooms. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help. We enjoy popping in and saying" hi". They address any issues we have in a timely manner and so does the maintenance team. We.love the maintenance team as they get the job done and we do not have to wait for days or weeks to go by like other apartments. I lived here for about a year and had a great experience. The community is clean, well kept, and reasonably priced. Jamie, the leasing agent, made my stay even better. She was always professional, welcoming, and helpful with any questions I had. I only moved because of a job change, otherwise I would’ve renewed. Highly recommend this place for the great service, and community!
The office staff and maintenance staff are kind and welcoming doing what they can to provide help within their authority. This has made my 2 yrs as a resident comfortable and pleasant. A big thank you to Carolina, Jason, and Amber in the office. Also, a big thank you to the maintenance staff who ensures that my service requests are repaired in a timely manner, and that the property grounds are kept clean. I appreciate the entire team at Adair Off Addison including my neighboring residents!🙂
