We recently visited the office in Caldwell and the staff was very friendly. They drove us around to see various homes that customers in the area have built and we were able to see first hand what their homes looked like. We went in requesting info on the \$50/sq ft ad and we were surprised to see that we could actually build a home at that price including appliances. If you are interesting in building a new home, go check them out.
