Our experience with Adair's Lincoln City office and Erick in particular has been second to none. During course of construction we were living several hours from town, and our "challenging" sloped property required what we admit was an unreasonable amount of hand-holding. Erick delivered, time and again, and nursed our gorgeous little project from phase to phase during this "long-distance relationship." Eric has been so helpful in this home building process. Once we broke ground, Adair and the contractors have been working from sun up to sun down to get this done for us. Great company to work with, so thankful to Eric, Amo and the team for all their help.
Worst home builder ever. They use cheap materials, and they use terrible lenders. Lenders that have a 1.5 star out of 5. My parents got scammed hard by them. I would steer clear . Do not go with Adair Homes
The best football teams typically are led by a great quarterback who has the skills and expertise to lead their team to victory! The best quarterback in the construction league is Amo Avgi, the superintendent for Adair. He made sure the project was on time, he made sure that the work done was of high quality, he paid attention to every detail, he was masterful in communicating with everyone involved, and he exceeded expectations in all aspects that he was responsible for.
