During course of construction we were living several hours from town, and our "challenging" sloped property required what we admit was an unreasonable amount of hand-holding. Erick delivered, time and again, and nursed our gorgeous little project from phase to phase during this "long-distance relationship." Eric has been so helpful in this home building process. Once we broke ground, Adair and the contractors have been working from sun up to sun down to get this done for us. Great company to work with, so thankful to Eric, Amo and the team for all their help.
Worst home builder ever. They use cheap materials, and they use terrible lenders. Lenders that have a 1.5 star out of 5. My parents got scammed hard by them. I would steer clear . Do not go with Adair Homes
