Over a year ago my husband was helped greatly by Dr. Adair. We should have visited her first but after months of trying to figure out the pain and $10,000 in deductibles! It's a long story, I urged my husband to visit Dr. Adair and after one visit she was able to give him relief from what started as an injury from a Yoga move!!

I came to Dr. Adair after 9 months of plantar fasciitis. Her application of active release techniques provided immediate improvement and got me active again. We're now working on a shoulder area that has been locked up with adhesions for years. I can now move both my arms with freedom to do jumping jacks, push ups and anything else I want to do. Dr. Adair is efficient and she never hesitates to teach me more about my body.

I went in for a pain in my back shoulder blade area, when the chiro adjusted me I had a very sharp pain and informed her that it hurt really bad, she continued to adjust me again and it hurt worse and I had to lean up so she would give me a minute.. I left there with worse pain than I went in with and a day later I am still unable to pick up my daughter... to top it off it cost me $80+ dollars.. all they could offer was for me to come back and pay another large amount to see what they could do about my increased pain.. ummmm... read more

I first came to Dr. Adair at the suggestion of some good friends. I'd been having pain in my hip/low back for four months that just wouldn't go away no matter what I did. Dr. Adair is SO GOOD with the practice of ART, and that combined with chiropractic had me feeling better quickly. Even after the first visit, I had some relief. Dr. Adair is so smart with anatomy/physiology and the use of ART. I have nothing but good things to say about Adair Chiropractic.

Chiropractic has always been a part of my life but when you combine that with ART (Active Release Technique) it's a true game changer! I love the ease of adjustment after ART and the instant results from the treatment. I highly recommend Karla or Sarah...they are both AMAZING!!

I learned more in 5 minutes chatting with Karla about my foot/ankle problem than I did in 4 weeks of podiatrist/PT appointments. AND, after only 2 visits, I am walking better with less pain. Do not waste your time anywhere else. Visit Karla first! She'll refer you further if you don't fall in the scope of her practice, but if you do it's a damn fine place to be treated.
