I’ve been a resident of Adagio for 2.5 years, and for a while, I noticed the complex was starting to decline. However, about 4–5 months ago, we got a new property manager, Ester Rodin, and things have definitely turned around for the better. The call boxes are finally working, guest parking is well organized, and we no longer have piles of discarded furniture near the entrance. Very peaceful community, the grounds are well maintained and the aesthetic reminds me of a resort which makes me excited to come home our neighbors are also pleasant and nice. Parking for an additional car on site is very pricey per month the most expensive I’ve experienced. but overall the community is great.
Adagio is an incredible place to call home. Love the amenities.
