These apartments are not professional at all. The neighbors call and complain about things which is normal in small living areas but the office does nothing to check into allegations they automatically assume what's being told and will raise your rent or send harsh letters to your door. When you try and talk to the manager Brandon about it he will hang up on you. The corporate office was then contacted and they told us that they believe the manager and that there is nothing anyone else can say because they would be wrong. I ... read more
I love living here. I just signed a 2nd year lease. It's very quiet I feel safe. Maintenance requests are immediately addressed. Andrew in the office is amazing. Location is awesome. I have made friends here. I actually put off buying a home because I am so happy here. I recommend Adagio and am very glad I decided to move here after relocating from Calif. There are pros and cons in every apartment complex but I can say I have never lived anywhere I have liked more.
Terrific management, terrific maintenance, beautiful units... Very upscale, yet homey at the same time. Did I mention GREAT MANAGEMENT...
Great Place Best I've Lived In As For The Geese The Peace And Serenity Of Watching And Sharing Their Preserve With Them Is A Blessing. People It's A Pet Friendly Apartment Complex Clean Up After Your Pet's I Do Ain't That Hard Please
