AVOID this place if you are a self pay patient!!!!I would not give this place one star but I had to. I am self pay and was given an estimate of $80 when I called and scheduled the appointment. When I arrived I had to pay $80 before I was seen and another $56 at check out. I was in the room for less than 12 minute. 2 weeks later I received a bill for an additional $67 dollars. Dr. Thorpe, Jesse, Nicole, and each person during my interaction are models of medical professionals. The process from beginning to end was patient-centered, respectful, sensitive, and considerate.
Love this group! I was referred by the dentist I work for and Ada West Dermatology did not disappoint. From the staff at the front to the staff in the back treating my concern ! I was able to be seen in a timely manner and my concerns addressed throughly. Thank you Ada West ! I will be checking into their cosmetic treatment as well .
I took our teenage son to see Dr. Swanson at the Ten Mile location. She is awesome! She listened to my son's and my concerns and answered all of our questions. She gave different treatment options with pros and cons of each one. (She really knows her stuff!) We were so pleased with our experience with Dr. Swanson and actually look forward to our next appointment with her. She's a great addition to the clinic!

I go to West Ada Dermatology at least twice each year and am 100% satisfied. The front office staff is alert, friendly, accurate, efficient, and best of all on time. Appointments happen when they are scheduled. The medical staff knows me, the doctors have never missed a diagnosis, and have removed more than a dozen skin cancers of all kinds over the years. This the dermatology group that can do it all. No one could ask for more.
Randy Sohn, my appointment today was really seamless from check in to check out. The doctors visit was informative and pleasant. The new facility is truly a beauty. Bright, clean and extremely efficient.
Dr. Burr is my regular dermatologist. This trip he biopsied a couple of spots on my nose and found they were basic cell carcinomas. The office people called me in just a couple of days after the biopsies and within a few days I saw Dr. Thorpe for Mohs surgery on my nose. Everyone from check in staff to nurses to the Doctors treated me like royalty. I almost forgot it was serious.
