Had a wonderful experience! Will was the best. He went out of his way to make sure I could get my real Id!
After about 2 months, And have yet to get my Tag by mail. Still have to use the Temp paper license
You can sit quietly and wait your turn and still be skipped over. It’s beyond frustrating after waiting for over two hours and then not getting helped when you should. Even double checked to make sure I signed in correctly, I guess I will be driving 45 min-hour to do business.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Ada Tag Agency. I had all the necessary paperwork to apply for my Real ID, and I was polite and well-prepared. However, the employee I dealt with was incredibly rude and condescending. He made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him, despite being fully organized and having everything he needed.
