While it’s usually packed, they have really upgraded the sitting area and the wait isn’t that long at all anymore. I highly recommend them. They’re extremely nice and get you in and out as quick as they can. I do recommend paying cash as their card fees are bit high.
Refused to help me and my 90 year old grandfather because they said that his birth certificate was not official. Refused to help him get a new I.D, and when I went to other official state sources, I was told that they could have done this service at the tag agency and that the document was indeed official.
Had a wonderful experience! Will was the best. He went out of his way to make sure I could get my real Id!
