My family member has been a resident of ACC for approximately 12 years. I have seen the facility management go from great down to good and for a short time questionable. I can say that today it is exceptional. The one constant at ACC is the direct care staff. They are and have always been the best. They care for my family like he is their family. He is loved, listened to and treated respectfully.

This place shouldn't have fired my daughter at all for not having a ride to work the day my mom had a appointment in okc. We are down to one vehicle and we are struggling to make ends meet. Y'all are messed up.
