My wife ,Lindsey, and I purchased a 2019 RZR XP 4 1000 from Roxanne. She was so incredibly kind and helpful. Could not ask for a better buying experience. It’s why we drove almost four hours to Rocky Ridge Powersports & Outdoors.
Edit: Jared, the GM, called and spoke with my husband today and will get everything all fixed up. It truly was a lack of communication. Much happier now. We purchased a used Polaris UTV approximately 2 weeks ago. We also purchased a roof and windshield to be installed. Both items are/were on back order. We chose to leave the machine there to be cleaned, serviced, gas tank filled, net doors reinstalled, and the roof to be installed when it came in. I just purchased the 2020 RZR XP 1000 Rock's and Trails edition. The process was very smooth. Casey contacted me and asked which machine I was interested in and started the paperwork rolling. I then talked with Roxanne and she finalized the deal. I could not be happier with the service I have received from the Rocky Ridge family. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to by a side by side.

Best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. I would never buy anywhere else. I have full confidence that they will take care of me after the sale in the service dept. Thats important to me. Everyone there is extremely nice and open to questions. If you are looking, this is the place to buy.
