Worst customer service ever. One star too much
Service dept has taken care of my oil change on my vehicles for years!
Ada Nissan is the best dealership in Oklahoma.
I brought my car to have the locking lug nuts removed. Long story short I wasn’t happy when I left the store. Subsequently I met with Blake the Service Manager. He recognized the core issue and took steps to resolve the situation. This is service. All customers want is the problem addressed and fixed and pay a fair price for it. Blake made that happen in my case and I have much respect for him and in turn, Ada Nissan. Thanks and see you down the road.
I have had great service from them everytime I have been there. Very knowledgeable staff and always friendly service.
