Convenient
My biggest two complaints, you have to leave a message to get a call back, but they are usually fairly timely. The other is, when I drop off my payment, if I have to go inside, the staff is not friendly. They do not smile or ask how you're doing. The south is known for friendliness, but not this Utility office.
