Very happy to have a city government that is committed to helping and protecting its citizens! Thankful for their endeavors!
I don’t know why there is a review saying that “Ada water is clean it’s just hard due to it being spring water” While hard spring water is a true statement, the water here is in fact NOT CLEAN!! I have had the water tested at three different places in three different areas of town and the results are alarming.
All the 2 year old reviews made about this place are still 100% accurate. 1st of the month 3rd month in a row my bill is paid, but yet they shut my water off. Of course I don't get home til 4 so calling them is a no go. I'll call tomorrow they'll tell me I'm behind on my bill even though I just paid 168 on the 5th of June how can you not even wait 30 days to shut people off anyone with half a brain can see they do it for the fees. If you go in person they will not deal with you. They simply refer you to their website. Why even have the office staffed? Extremely unhelpful. Date of encounter 5-9-25.
