My bill has Skyrocketed from its usual amount and no we do not have a leak. I was paying about 80 a month then it jumped to 120 then up and down in about 30.00 . I payed it yesterday I paid almost 160.00 with the fee to pay my bill. I don’t understand how it could rise so much nothing has changed here, we don’t have more people living here and the water is really contaminated can’t drink it , can’t use it to cook, can’t give it to my dogs , and hate bathing and washing my clothes in it so what are we paying for ? Highest water COST lowest quality water around and when you go through to pay your bill with a debit card they want to charge more fees. Such a joke absolutely ridiculous all of the fees the CITY OF ADA LOVES TO CHARGE!

We purchased a property and went to the city of Ada utilities building yesterday to get the water meter transferred over. The lady that helped us wrote the acct number on a sticky note for me and told me the amount I needed to key in as the last billed amount. I came back to my desk and followed her instructions and she had already taken care of it on her end. Seamless transaction.

They lie straight to your face and they are ugly to people and don't care because their is no consequence they literally only have one good person and her name is Derrick (ps answer your damn phones and call back in a timely manner and not 3 to 6 hours later
