Our experience with Advisory Solutions has been excellent. They are incredibly responsive and extremely knowedgeable. They rebuilt our network from a legacy on-premise client-server environment to a totally cloud-based, remote management environment that allowed us to continue working without missing a beat. You would be hard-pressed to find a managed services company that measures up to Advisory. And they're really good people too!
I've work for 5 different tech startups from SF to NYC. Advisory has by far been the best IT partner to work with. They genuinely care and are thoughtful when working through big and small IT issues, upgrades, and general questions. Their ticketing system is easy to use and they are quick to respond to tickets for all employee, not just admins. I would recommend them to anyone looking for IT support in the NY area.
