Artisan Drug was amazing to work with! Brooke and Jaxen's customer service made things so easy. They were quick with response, I could actually speak with on the phone and they made sure that my order was taken care of. I highly recommend Artisan Drug.
Compound injections after two months of usage were ineffective. Strange because I've used this same medication before and it worked great. Makes me wonder if it's extremely diluted.
Complete rip off. They never answer the phone! They advertise pick up on the website but when you get there, they dont allow it. They only allow shipment! I've had 3 orders filled by them that my Dr. prescribed! The 1st one was ineffective, the 2nd one was very effective and the 3rd was ineffective. Are they even still in business? No one answers the phone, messages go ignored, and the lack of response shows a complete disregard for customers. How does a pharmacy operate like this? Very unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could. 🤬
Injectable Meds arrived 10 days after ordering. Was to be refridgerated but had a very warm ‘cold pack’ no ice in a hot foam cooler. Shipper said sender is responsible. Meanwhile Im out of meds. Standards for shipping says temp record during shipping should be in box with meds. Shipping process was done in 93-100• outside temp. I wonder what temp the cargo area was. Not been able to reach anyone at the pharmacy. I will be doing some further checking on standards for shipping this drug and possible risks for any other patient... read more
