Visited here on a whim and purchased a few very cute desk decoration figures. I accidentally dropped one on the floor, but the owner gave me a replacement one at no cost. Service is attentive and helpful! Highly recommend visiting - there is a wide variety of souvenirs (both cultural and SF-related) to take home :)
