I was a patient of Acworth Smiles Dentistry for 6 years but everything changed yesterday when I had to go through a horrible experience that I want to share. I was supposed to have a well checkup and cleaning but something went wrong. Dr. Bonner checked me first and then proceeded to cleaning by herself explaining that hygienist is overbooked. I went to Acworth Smiles Dentistry for 4 years- and we understand that there are inconveniences & that dental visits are expensive and not fun. The office staff- is non existent. Acworth Smiles sent us an email for an appointment & said there wasn’t one -& didn’t seem to care that this email was sent and we notified them last January that our 88 yr old mother died last Christmas Eve- & her emails didn’t stop. If you value your family and time- look elsewhere for dental care.
