I have been a patient here for about two years. Earlier this year, I was charged for a procedure that should have been covered by insurance. It turns out they ran the incorrect insurance. I provided the correct insurance, and they re-submitted the claim. It went through and I was told that I would be issued a refund. I have been calling since May for the refund. It is now October. Dr. Isbell and her team are beyond wonderful. They knew how scared I was and they made sure I was comfortable every moment. They asked me what they could do to help me and listened to me. They put me at ease and that's not an easy thing to do. Her technician even offered to hold my hand and gave me a hug!!! If you need a dentist go see her. If you already have a dentist go see her.
