Absolutely Horrible, I have never left a negative review about anyone in my life but ACV finally pushed me to the point where I must. There was a Facebook group that had hundreds of bad reviews on this site but I chose to ignore it at now my own peril. They are unethical and I have been burned one to many times with this auction. They have zero ethics and my dealership is done doing business here.
ACV is a joke, crook and sell junk. When you do the arbitration they do NOT stand behind their vehicles. We have referred multiple friends to ACV and will contact them to no longer deal with ACV. I have a feeling ACV won't last much longer. Don't waste time and purchase anything from them ever.
I have never been as pissed off from any auction like I am right now with ACV. It seems that eveyday they seem to get worse then then week before! I will lay out some issues that we have faced and hopefully this reaches someone that cares, because I have been asking for a higher up to pass along the issues, and so far nothing. We bought a car from them in Jan, and we sold it soon after. The new buyer found out it was reported stolen, we notified ACV. Their condition report is a joke. They sell you a green light vehicle with a hidden issues and when you arbitrate it, you have to do your own diagnosis and provide them with the report which incur extra cost. At the end of the arbitration, they notify you that's it's not valid. Don't not trust their CRs, Beware!!!
