They are soft handed order takers. They are only for the seller, the buyer means absolutely nothing to them. They sold me a car with a bad title and i have been fighting them for eight months, as a dealer i cannot sale the car and have been out that money from that day on, they will not call back. they will find any excuse to get off the phone with you to call you back that you will never get. i hope they go under and i will tell everyone to stay away from them and not deal with them ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!!
ACV is a scam auction plain and simple. The condition report does not matter to them. over the last year we have bought 40 plus vehicles from them. Green light sales mean nothing to them. This last one was a nightmare. Bought a 2020 Altima on green light when we received the vehicle, we noticed both passenger wheels were worn unevenly and tilted inward at the top. upon further inspection it was determined through a certified mechanic that vehicle had suffered a severe collision on passenger side bending and breaking multiple... read more

THIS AUCTION IS A JOKE. THEIR INSPECTORS ARE PAID OFF BY THE BUYERS TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE YOU'RE GETTING WHATS IN THE DESCRIPTION BUT YOU'RE NOT. I PURCHASED A 2017 BMW X3 WITH 90K MILES. THE DESCRIPTION SAID GREEN GREEN GREEN BUT THAT IS A LIE. WHEN THE CAR ARRIVED I IMMEDIATELY SMELLED GASOLINE. I DROVE IT TO MY MECHANIC FOR A DIAGNOSTIC AND WHILE DRIVING THE CAR HAD NO POWER! BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!! Dis-honest auction. Bought green light, was sold car with odometer fraud (proven) and a bad motor. Loss of 6K. They did NOTHING to help[!!!!!!
if you buy from them and have a arb problem, good luck.!!! the worst CR S and they will figure out a way to NOT to help you . Horrible arb rules . You will get stuck........ I had a 4000 problem and they broke it down so that nothing reached there 1000 min. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY
